Great therapist! Not only have I quit smoking but my general well being has improved. I sleep better and feel better thanks to Ross' therapies. Highly recommended!

I visited Ross, to get help and support to quick smoking. I had tried all the usual ways patches etc. I was very unsure if this would work and also very nervous as I didn't know much about hypnosis or what to expect. Ross was extremely calming and talked me through every step of the way, there was no pressure and we took everything at my pace. Now smoke free and would recommend Ross to everyone, some of my friends are seeing Ross now.
