I was recommended Morpheus personal training by a work colleague. My aim was to get fitter, lose some weight in an attempt to kickstart a healthier lifestyle. From the outset I was given very informative advice about my present fitness level and the steps that I would need to take to achieve my exercise goals which included a detailed analysis of my diet and the types of food that would suit my body type. What was particularly helpful was the practical advice on how to make meals on the go and what foods to avoid. After several months of training with Chris at the Waterloo gym I feel much fitter and have begun to lose the weight around my midsection.

After several failed attempts at sticking to a gym routine I decide to seek out the services of a personal trainer as a last ditched attempt to get fitter and lose some weight. After my initial consultation with Brian at Morpheus I felt that he clearly understood my reasons for exercising and what I wanted to achieve. After a detailed physical assessment which identified various muscle imbalances that needed to be addressed, we commenced a progressively intensive training programme that combined boxing drills, strength training, kettlebells and pretty much everything in the gym that wasn't fixed to the floor! Brian's passionate and enthusiastic approach combined with useful practical advice on nutrition have helped me reduce my waist size and feel fitter and stronger than I have for very long time.

I have been training with Morpheus for nearly 2 years now, having personal training sessions at gyms at Waterloo and Tower Bridge. My motivation for personal training was a desire to receive bespoke, professional training that would allow me to safely reach my goals in terms of fitness and body shape. (I had sustained some injuries through group classes and felt that I needed one-on-one guidance.) The personal trainer assigned to me - Michael O'Rourke - took time to understand my personal goals at the outset, and throughout my time with Morpheus, has continued to train me, always with a keen focus on my evolving goals. Within just months of training one-on-one, I had achieved a level of strength and fitness not enjoyed since my 20s (some 20 years previously!). More than that, I became leaner, with a noticeable difference in body shape and tone. I continue to train one-to-one, and cannot envision a time when it will not be the major contribution to my efforts to stall the inevitable ageing process.

Morpheus health and fitness are dedicated to excellence. Personal one to one training provided by a team of trainers who are experienced, highly qualified, and passionate about helping you get the results you want. The gym is never over crowded, well looked after and has a wide range of fitness equipment. I've been training with them at their Waterloo gym for over six months. No two training sessions have ever been the same and I'm really pleased with the results I've made in such a short space of time. I can highly recommended Morpheus Personal Training.
