IMHO. Not good, not friendly, high prices. Dag the owner is especially to be avoided if you can. They run hot and cold. Sometimes they will do something, sometimes they wont, and then they let you down badly as a result. Watch out for their sky high parcel shipping rates if you are sending anything.
