Started of good, about 6months ago I joined, each month something would go wrong. They have two hot tubs in the pool, only one of these is ever in operation at one time, none of the jets work any more, the sauna isn't hot, its also smelly and mouldy, the pool is cold. The showers are filled with limescale, and mould in the grout. The gym is good, however my fav equipment, which is the rowing machines for upper muscle, out of 7 or 8, only 1 works smoothly and fault free. Absolute rubbish customer service truly diabolical
