My wife and I stayed at the 130 Corve Street B&B at the end of February (Sorry for the late review) and had a very enjoyable stay. The B&B is located at the edge of town, a 5 minute walk from the centre and so it's not affected by any noise from the centre or the main road. The entrance is a pretty unassuming doorway, simply labelled as 130. I wasn't sure at first if this was the right place as I expected a more obvious B&B looking entrance. You know the usual sort of things, references, ratings, etc. The entrance leads you through to a courtyard from where you access the rooms. We were met by Rosemarie, the owner, who welcomed us and led us through to room 1. The room was clean and tidy and well stocked. The breakfast was first rate using only locally source ingredients and served in a bright and airy dining room. Rosemarie offered advise on some nice places to visit and also that if we wanted to dine, we should book in advance as most places fill up quickly. She certainly wasn't wrong. Anyway, after a thoroughly enjoyable two night stay, we would have no problems recommending 130 Corve Street to others and will likely be back again for another visit before too long.

I stayed here after 3 days of cycling, on the way from Lands End to John o Groats. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well looked after, and the showers are absolutely lush. The owners are some of the friendliest people I have ever met, in one of the friendliest and most beautiful towns I have ever visited. Breakfast was one of the best I had had in the entire journey, because the owners had perfected the art of cooking bacon. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone.
